"I had a scheduled delivery for today between 11 am and 3 pm. Havent received my shipment. I contacted Estes Espress Lines, and was notified that the package was lost and they were currently trying to find it. A simple notification of delayed delivery would have been great. I spent hours waiting for delivery."
