I progressed from physical therapy with Ross Myatt to fitness training with Joel Armenta. Both were caring professionals who listen to your needs and medical restrictions. I avoided knee surgery, am back to ballroom dancing and have a strong weight training program to help with my osteoporosis. The ladies at the front greet you and are friendly and fun, they brighten your day. Everyone there has been so supportive, I have found my tribe."
