"Contacted Dr. Amaro for biote pellet therapy. After my wife and I called several times I finally received an email with the forms to fill out and return. Received an email reply saying I would be contacted to schedule an appointment. 1 month later, never been contacted. I leave the review because Dr. Amaro has such a positive reputation. I would hate to think his office staff would damage that. If they didn't want a new patient, just say that."
