"The receptionist woman whom I spoke with today over the phone around 1pm was such a nice woman and gave me the information that was severely needed. I didn't get her name, but I hope she sees this! You deserve a raise! Only reason I'm giving less than that 5 stars is because others that I previously spoke with seemed bothered by me asking them for help. I just truly hope that the rest of the process will be smooth with help with others."

"Scary place to be but the people in this building are very knowledge able and everyone I spoke to was polite."
"I go there every week because of work. It's sad that there is no free parking next to that place, so each time I go I have to pay $5 for 1 hour. Its a parking lot just next to the buliding, behind mcdonalds. Once you enter the building, security will ask you to take your metal things, phones etc. Out of your pockets. Nothing special. Place is very clean and calm."
