"2 stars bc they’ve got somewhat decent prices. I’ve been a regular for a long time. Came in tonight and right when I walked in the internet went down. I waited for a while while she tried to fix it. She was nice and apologetic. Eventually after a while I walked a few doors down to an ATM. She told me the amount to pull out, so I did. Went back and there was a guy on the phone to ring me out. Turns out the total was $2 more than what I was told to get. They were not willing to discount $2 even though I had a ton of rewards points. Waited almost 30 min just for this. I spend a lot of money at this establishment but now you guys just lost all my future business over $2."
"Bought 2 discount e-cigs, was told to open and try them to make sure they weren't bad. Opened both and the first was bad but the second wasn't that bad with it being discounted. I asked if they could refund me for the first one or swap it out for a different one and was told by owner no you get what you get...if I could give them 0/5 stars I would."
"They have a new amazing employee there his name is Gabriel and he keeps the store clean and he is very professional with his job. He is very friendly and is funny I've bought several things from there almost weekly from candles to juices to disposables to mods. My favorite disposable is the orion's love the strawberry kiwi and the lush ice. I recommend that people go back in and that girl manager Brittany isn't there any more. You have a brand new and improved sales men. Go check the store and him out. They have newer products."
