"Unreasonable manager, we left a note for the the driver to leave a package with the recipient's full name, tracking number and a signature (as requested by company) driver disregarded the note. We attempted to have a family member pick up the package at the local bob bullock address and the manager flat out refused to release our package despite having an ID present(of the intended recipient) quoting "the policy" and how people steal packages all the time. I don't remember FedEx ever requesting an ID upon delivery to my home. So what's the difference?"
"Every time I have a delay, it’s FedEx. No matter if you pay for the fast shipping, they don’t respect it. I always try to steer away and use UPS, they’re the better company."

"I went to pick up my package since they claimed that the wrong address was on the label when even though I have received packages previously. When the girl at the counter was told this she quickly snapped and claimed that they rang the doorbell and no one answered. When she was told that no one had passed by because the driver usually calls us or speaks with us through the doorbell to know where the item can be dropped off she got offended as if saying she was at fault and started raising her voice. Customer service now a days is simply lacking from the younger generation and have no manners. It's sad that a place that you simply trust with important packages is being handled by people that don't care about anything but themselves."
