I had an 8 AM appt...showed up early(last night because there is limited parking available)...there was a slight delay in opening because it was a "holiday"(juneteenth)...anyway they are supposed to open at 8:30..office opened at 9 ...I was inside docked ,unloaded and heading out at 9:45..."

"Guards And office personnel. one of their drivers cause damages to my car, he hide inside their yard, after asking the guard to call the driver to the office to exchange insurances, he covered it up and denied any information or call the driver , didn't provide supervisor names or management, then a rude female clerk threaten to call police for "trespassing". they made a big show out of a simple request exchange drivers insurance tried to call office management but phones are not use."
