"DO NOT BANK WITH CNB! I had $2000 taken from me fraudulently and they refused to refund me the money. Have been a customer for 20 years and would not even work with me. Also the ladies especially Kirsten at the front desk was incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and go with a bigger bank that actually cares about helping customers with fraud charges."

"They don’t want your business if you bank with anyone else. They want to have “personal relationships” with their accounts but apparently my small business checking account with them isn’t good enough. How do you expect to build a relationship if you literally turn away a customer? They would not allow me to open savings accounts through them and told me to move my personal checking to them and I’d need direct deposits and bills being paid through my account with them if I wanted to open a savings account there. Horrible business practice turning away a current customer who wanted to open multiple savings accounts with a large sum of money. The employees who told me this were rude, unprofessional and whispering to each other right in front of my husband and I. I even called another branch and the manager Christa said “we don’t just want your business or savings, we want your checking account, we want it all.” I wanted to support a local bank but they don’t care a bit about building relationships if they’re going to turn away a current customer and treat them like they aren’t good enough or worth their time. So instead of adding on 2 savings accounts, I’ll now be closing my business account with them. Great job building relationships with local clients!"

"Went to main bank downtown about a fraudulent charge on a debit card that should have been closed. They tried to fix problem but got ending balance wrong. When i confronted them on situation they told me to go home and do my math. Went to another branch and talked with manager. He did the math and found. i was right and balance was wrong and that main bank was closing my act. Without telling me. They caused problem and told me to deal with it."
