"I opened a savings account online today with the intention of making an investment in City Credit Union’s Certificate of Deposit with interest rates of 6% for a 12 month CD. To ensure the funds were in place to lock in the current interest rates, I went to a local branch in Waxahachie, Texas and worked with Branch Manager Kendrick G. who provided exceptional customer service in setting up two CD’s for me. Kendrick was professional, efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions and we discussed other investments that I could use to my advantage to reach my financial goals.
