"I made a payment inside the bank but I was short of TWO CENTS but the clerk told me to pay in full or I still owe it. So I went home to collect TWO CENTS and came back to pay. Recently, I came back to make another payment by drive through, but the clerk didn’t give me TWENTY CENTS change but I didn’t ask and left. A TWENTY CENTS FOR A LIFE LESSON."

"Terrible experience!! Went in this past weekend for my appointment to meet with a banker to change my last name since I just got married. I met with a lady named Ronalsha and everything seemed to go fine. Yesterday I got my new card in the mail expecting to see my new last name on it and it was still my maiden name?! I called a general customer service # for Chase and the guy explained that they can’t change last names at their banks and that I have to fill out some form and mail it back in order to have it changed.. why did this lady waste a whole hour of my day then?! They need to do a better job of training their bankers, this is just ridiculous."

"Would put 0 if I could. Just incompetent people working all over the place. 2 bankers on staff in the middle of the week on the third day of the year. I’m told to wait for Maria as she finishes up, 5 people walk in and this lady walks in last and has a meeting with “Doug” who isn’t even on staff today. So she has to meet with Maria, I’m then told I have to wait until after the lady. After waiting for 20 minutes. They also have no AC…dump. Go to sublet and 360, 8 bankers on staff and get told that they’ll have to check the calender to make sure they can fit me in, sit for 2 seconds and get helped. Efficient and friendly. Ask for jim brown."

"Went to this location, which is closest to me, to open a business checking account for a newly registered LLC. Walked in and the bank is near empty, which is typical here. There's a lot of empty desks and some hidden tellers in the back. After a few minutes of waiting in the open area, I walked over to an associate to ask for assistance. He informed me that because he was an associate banker, he could not help me setup a business checking account. I would need a banker, and the single banker at the location was booked for the day. I only saw one other banker, and she had headphones on and appeared to be doing some online training. All good, I knew before hand I could have done this online, but I preferred to go in and ask a few questions about financing options for the business. You know, personal banking. The associate banker told me "because you need a business checking and not a personal, this has to be done at a branch, it can't be done online." At that moment I knew he was undertrained/misinformed so I left the location and went home. It took me all of 5 minutes to setup, just some personal details and uploading one document. This bank seems worthless besides the hidden tellers in the back, not sure what is going on but it doesn't feel like a bank. It feels like a weird empty office with junior staff and some ATM's. Disappointed to see personal banking is no longer a thing."

"Last Wednesday afternoon, when I experienced IDENTITY THEFT on my Chase banking account, my husband and I went to this local branch to see what next steps should be taken. The tellers said they would not be able to assist me with anything unless I had an appointment -- and the next available appointment was on Monday afternoon. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! My account is frozen due to identity theft and your solution is to have me WAIT 5 DAYS?!?! This is totally unacceptable! This location is absolutely worthless. Whatever you need, find another bank or another location."
