"The customer service at this Frost branch is lacking in comparison to other branches within the same bank, and falls short of the service offered by other banks. Despite the scorching 100-degree weather, there is no water offered to the customers, and no coffee available. however there were some cookies at the coffee tray. In contrast, other banks are going the extra mile to create comfortable lounges for their customers, making them feel right at home. Improvement is certainly needed in this Frost branch."

"Tellers are always nice, quick, and helpful. I don't like that they do everything at the front counter that everyone walks by. It's extremely uncomfortable giving out personal information (SSN, address, phone number, income) while people are walking by."
