"Your customer representatives have always been great. It’s the criteria that I do not like. There should not be any reason what so ever for you to have a customer’s whole bank statement to open a loan. All you need to see is how much is deposited into their account in a months span. That really rubbed me wrong."
"Unfortunately after months on end homeless I managed to pay on my loan early and I tried more often than not to pay towards the principal. I am on low income disability and now that I have a house my bills in their entirety have not all been paid yet. I am not well. I’m 50,000$ in medical debt and that is only as far as I was able to keep looking at nothing but 0009. As a matter of fact I’ve decided all the specialists I have been referred to my my PCP to do this procedure and that procedure. And I got a call from them I forgot who it was but it was let’s just say degrading brief conversation. And it ended with her saying collections are going to call you. As if I wasn’t already aware of that and the loan will probably need to be charged off so I can pay smaller payments to make good on my debt like I intended from the day I applied."
