"They make it virtually impossible to get a mailbox key for the group mailboxes on base, routinely taking 3-4 weeks or more just to get access to your own mailbox. On top of that, they close for an hour and a half (1p-2:30p) every day for lunch, and I have come in multiple times after 2:30p with them still closed “for lunch”. Totally unacceptable for any organization, especially a federal one."
