"Rude, and pessimistic custer service! Many in Bracketville have no choice but to use this office for a P.O box. Yet their hours make it near impossible to get packages delivered. Talked to a Daniel Hernandez and he was not willing and try to address any issues rather be set in a nonsupportive pessimistic attitude."

"My only experience with this USPS location came a few weeks ago in inclement weather. I went inside on a Sunday to drop off a stamped letter. There was a sign posted instructing patrons to deposit mail in the outside receptacle box. This is the first time I have visited a post office that didn't have an indoor drop box for outgoing mail. This made for an inconvenient experience as I had to roll down my window outside in the rain, reach outside the car window to open the drop box, and then deposit a now water damaged parcel into the wet outdoor mail box. Ugh."

"Not a good experience whatsoever, bought property 13 miles from Brackettville off Hwy 90, was told I’d get a free PO Box because I live in Kinney Co, I just needed to get my 911 address. So got that then weeks later go in to get the box. I’m now told no I don’t get it and to even pay for one I had to have an account with city or electric with my address. It’s a 911 address. Not mailing. And I have solar. Then they tell me I’d get a free one in Quemado! 40 miles away And in a different county. What sense does that make? I’ll tell you. ZERO! Not helpful at all. Update: wrote initial review 2 years ago, well this post office doesn't have mail delivery at all. Too small I guess, that's on the USPS not the local people."

"NO stars, they are awful. I can't send anything to my relatives there with any hope that it will arrive. Lost Valentine cards with gift cards inside, food products that went undelivered so they ate them. Now an order placed and they returned it, guess Brackettville is so big they don't know the residents. Post Master needs to be fired."

"Lazy! Instead of sorting packages they just return to the sender and then blame it on USPS for their rules. Mail is never out on time so days pile up and everything is shoved into your small box and torn open. They close early and open late. If you must walk into the office you can plan on waiting for a while even though you can see and hear them, when they do decide to come out you get greeted with a bothered huff as if you interrupted them and all that waiting was for nothing because they have "returned" your package."
