"Although Kathleen called back quickly, her attitude was quite unethical. A staff member told her to call me to handle specific questions on one product, which she refused to answer. I specifically told her I was comparing apples-to-apples, needing two simple questions answered. She said, "If you aren't going to allow me to do my job and sell you on all our products first, than you can just go elsewhere." WOW, pushing a customer away because she doesn't want to answer my two questions FIRST. I suggested she answer my questions first (the reason for the call), then ask if she can offer alternative suggestions. Improper, unprincipled actions and comments toward a potential client. What business will last long on that attitude?!? NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR TIME. Inconsiderate of customers!"
