"From the membership service to the whole clinic - discounted service with discounted care. I see that someone else wrote this comment and it is so true. They will always try to maximize your bill in any way they can and it doesn't matter how that impacts your pet! My 12 year old dog (who is a couch potato and doesn't even go outside) was vaccinated against rabies on 3/11/2023 IN THEIR CLINIC, which wasn't due until 3/11/2026. They told my husband who took her in this morning for a completely unrelated health issue that she needs all these vaccines - including rabies which is close to $100. Bill ended up being close to $600. When I called a clinic to explain what just happened and why she received so many vaccines including rabies again even though they are not due, they told me that they didn't read the dates right on the computer but my husband approved it so it is what it is. I got super frustrated during the call and explained that I wanted to speak to the manager which (what I assume was a vet tech) then ended up hanging up on me. They are all a bunch of scammers. Also, someone else also wrote Brian at the front desk is a complete passive-aggressive jerk, and couldn't agree more. If you care about your pet and the service they receive - AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. Sooner or later you will regret it. Looking for a new clinic right now."
