"Made an order for delivery on 8/4/2022 to be delivered on 8/5/2022 after 2pm and left messages and called to verify the time of delivery but did not get an answer from the business until the day of delivery where the email I received stated order was delivered at about 9am which was not the case. The recipient will now have to pick up the order because basic instructions were not followed. Sadly will not order from this business again."

"I inquired about a corsage and a boutonniere to be custom-made for my son's prom. I showed her the picture, before I could say anything else. She told me she didn't have time that she was too busy, and that she did not Make boutonnieres or corsages. I explained to her that I didn't need it until the 15th of May. She told me that she just could not help me. This is the second time I have been in that shop trying to purchase flowers, every time I go there she looks at me with disdain and just dismisses me. I don't know if it's the color of my skin? Or if I just flat out do not appeal to her as a customer? My money is as green as anyone else's. Won't go back anymore!"

"I live 6 hours away, I called to place an order for my child at college for Valentines day. I guess I was annoying her with my questions about what kind of arrangements they had for students, cause she was rushing me to get off the phone. she said ok well when you decide call back and then she just hung up......... I mean dang, I wasn't even finished talking to her. But it all worked out for the best cause I called another flower shop in Alpine and the phone service and my order was EXCELLENT!!! "I cant say enough great things about this shop! I called in the morning to place an order for same day pick and they were very helpful and accomodating. I had originally chosen to have them picked up by the person I ordered for, as we are miles apart and she would be in Alpine that day. we called back later and asked if it were possible to have them delivered to the restaurant my aunt was currently at. These ladies didnt miss a beat!! They agreed to deliver them to my aunt while she was at lunch! They made her day surprising her with a BEAUTIFUL arrangement!! I would most definitely recommend Double K flowers to anyone!! They go above and beyond!"
