"Worst customer service ever. My payment came due 2 days ago got a call yesterday spoke to the assistant there and she said she would not hold my account even though I wanted her to take it out Friday. She refused to schedule my payment. Gave me no option but tell her I would pay on Friday. I got a call from the manager today she was very rude and unprofessional said I jumped on the phone with an attitude kept saying I work in the same industry and throwing that in my face about a payment that just came due. I’ve never felt more judged and mistreated as a customer. I said have a great day to get and she said have the day you deserve and hung up on me. I will pay off my account and will make sure I never send any customers here."
