"Very down to earth and straight forward. Resolved our issues in a handful of sessions. We both enjoyed our time with her and she provided us great feedback on our relationship."

"ZERO STARS. First impressions of email etiquette were not good, but I also know busy people get to the point, so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. There is a lot of unprofessionalism going on with Tricia, aside from the initial emails, during our sessions she always looked like she had just rolled out of bed, no professional clothing, hair was always a mess, and multiple times she was eating during our sessions. If she had been really great, I could look past these things, but that was not the case. During sessions it was more like a book club. She had me reading a book and she asked me to reflect on it during our sessions, and there was absolutely no feedback, After 5 or 6 sessions, she has never given input or advise, no therapy was happening, it's the weirdest thing. My last straw with her was today. I emailed 10 hours prior to our session that I had to go out of town unexpectedly and needed to cancel. She sent a very rude and unprofessional email back, partly stating " I have so many other people could have used that time if I had given me more notice", as a way to guilt me about canceling our session, which I had already stated was something out of my control. Also stating I owe her $109 for the cancelation, which is fine, although that's a hefty price tag for her, but the entire email was unprofessional. If you need real therapy, do not go to this woman. Good book and subpar book club though."

"We never actually made it to a couple’s appointment with this “professional” given her extreme rudeness. She has no manners or email etiquette whatsoever. I had a question prior to our first appointment. I sent her 2 emails about a week apart and since she didn’t reply to those for 11 days I asked my husband to please call her before work to find out. He called her around 730am and she literally said “do you know what time it is???” (Maybe turn your phone to silent if you don’t want your clients waking you up?) My husband was trying to explain to her the reason for the call. But she was extremely rude to him and ended up the call with a very unprofessional “don’t ever call me this early again” and then hung up on him. How can someone that behaves like that be in a position to give behavioral advice to others is beyond me."

"Tricia is amazing!! We've been coming to her for a few months and just love her. She's really helped us learn how to compromise in our marriage in a positive way."
