"As someone with so much past trauma that has been in therapy for nearly my entire life for it, I have to say, Molly Roth is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She is highly experienced working with trauma survivors and has helped me become so successful in areas I never imagined I could be and gave me the confidence I thought I would never have in myself. I went through trauma that made me feel hopeless and “dead” inside. With her holistic approach to healing and the particularly effective EMDR intensives, I have been able to see myself and the world around me in a new light and shed the past hurt that has haunted me for so long. The EMDR intensives were life changing. In the course of a few years I went from being a people pleaser in an abusive relationship with no job, extreme self-hatred and shame with fear of success to having my own place in a beautiful city, going back to school with a full time job and becoming a boundary setting pro! Working on yourself can feel challenging at times, but the reward is well worth it.
