She makes herself available even when not in an appointment, and our chats are always personable, not merely clinical. She was even supportive when my personal choice was to try to get off of medication! She’s a doctor who is truly there for you, and I highly appreciate Dr. Hilz!"

"Worst place ever. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in this office. If you call the number, someone (a foreigner) will answer the phone. It seems like their call center is in Pakistan. The lack of communication is the worst, I took my son for a session and 4 weeks later no one has called me back to schedule the testing they recommended. I don't know who to contact cause like I said, if you call the number it just gets routed to their main call center. If someone else recommends a BETTER place, please put it on this post. One more thing, they don't even schedule you with a therapist, I don't know why I got stuck with a nurse practitioner."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved to Texas and I was looking for a new provider, and after finding another one because of my experience here I can say that they have the worst new patient process I’ve ever encountered. I was told they needed Texas residency documentation before my appointment and someone would reach out to get my documents- okay great. No one ever did, but I did email my insurance records ID etc. and included that information in the documents to fill out. At the time of my appointment they called me (not before- during the appointment time) saying they need me to send the documents now before the doctor will see me. So I did that, and when getting back on to our telehealth session they made me fill out allll of the paperwork over again for the second time, which takes approx 30 minutes. My provider, Angela Obi has horrible bed side manner, does not listen and will speak over you. During my visit she asked me all of the questions that were in the forms that I just filled out twice. Then after all of that, I was told I wouldn’t be able to receive treatment without a Texas drivers license. The other thing to mention is that getting ahold of anyone there is impossible and if you do finally reach someone, they’ll defer you to a medical assistant who will call you back within 24 hours (I never received a call back). If you’re reading this, please listen to me when I tell you that if you go quite literally to any other practice you will have 0 issues but if you want a million hoops to jump through to get proper care- this is the place for you."
