"I made an appointment here online last week I booked it for 7:00pm it is now 7:54 I checked in on the machine no one was at the front desk. At this point I am not even sure they know I’m here. I tapped on the widow and I knocked on the door. I could here a woman and man speaking on the other end of the glass door. What a waste of time. Come on guys! I booked the appointment, it’s so unprofessional. Just tell me y’all want me to leave. I could have really used some help today."

"Called in for the first time, a lady picked up and kept saying would you like to book an appointment, I wanted to know if they were taking insurance and if they were in network with my insurance, but instead she kept repeating if I would like to book an appointment. I finally asked if this is a person or a computer because she definitely sounded like a computer, she hung up on me."

"I placed my family appointment online on 122520 for 123120 @ 6PM. Today, 123020, at 1:15 PM the counselor I’d signed up for called for the first time. He wanted to move the appointment to Saturday but then changed his mind once I balked at how he waited so long to call. Then he wanted to know a little background. He proceeded to shuffle papers around while I talking and interrupted me several times to have me repeat what I’d said (perhaps he should have stopped the paper shuffling and listened instead). After all the information I gave he then tells me that the appointment tomorrow will NOT be with my family but with me only. He then wraps it all up by telling me the cost ($100+ per session). When I tell him I have insurance he says they don’t accept insurance. I thanked him for wasting my time in taking so long to call and for not stating on their website, when appointments are made, that they do not accept insurance."

"This company told me they could hep me with my little girl. Then turned around and told me that they are not willing to do so! You people are dealing with kids and you can't help my little girl. I could have taken her somewhere else. But, since they waited around and changed there mind I have to try and find someone else to help her. Terrible company to be in the business that is suppose to help children! I have 100% legal rights to give my child the help she needs. You never asked me if I did. You just assumed I didn’t. It’s part of our decree with the judges signature on it."
