"This practice’s billing department is predatory, like a collection agency. Their aggressive approach is disturbing. I had no idea I owed anything, then received a call one day from a very rude and aggressive individual. They stated that a claim filed to my insurance from many months prior was finally complete and that I needed to pay up now. They were very pushy. My mind was blown at how I was being treated! Not to mention, the amount they said I owed kept changing. Very suspicious. I called my insurance company myself and my patient responsibility was significantly lower than what the billing department told me it was. Suspicious! I proceeded to pay what I owed then immediately ended my treatment with One Behavioral and found a friendlier clinic."
