"Caroline Byrd is amazing, my first session with her was so amazing. She was so attentive and patient. She listened to me, she asked me questions that made me think and assess my life. When I left out her office I was light as a feather. I felt like a tone of bricks had been lifted off my shoulders."
"Provider was great, however the scheduler verified my insurance as participating but failed to check to see if my therapist was also participating with my insurance. Long story short, it resulted in an “out of network” payment at a much higher cost to me. Beware and make sure you do you homework before scheduling. They really dropped the ball on this. It is still being resolved with Anthem."
