"I am so appreciative of their high quality of care. Any concern I have? As soon as I email the office admin, I receive a response sooner than it would take me to write this review. Not to mention, my therapist is within a short reach. Oftentimes she replies to my messages before I even have a chance to put my phone down. Communication is very important to me, and I always feel heard no matter how small the issue may be."
"They have a strong presence on social media that leads you to believe they want to help you, unfortunately much like all social media, it’s an illusion, just lies. After saying they weren’t sure they took my insurance (they’re listed as a provider on my insurance website), they took almost two weeks to confirm that, then offered a referral, which also took a long time, and at the end, wasn’t a referral at all, just a link to a garbage website. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Texas medical licensing board, as well as the U.S. Department of Justice, as my experience was possibly a violation of my rights as a disabled person."
"I have had to unbox, a lot of trauma. I am grateful to have found a place, that i feel safe to actually do that. Everyone in this office wants nothing more than to see everyone who walks in their door, find a home to heal. They have all types of therapist for all types of people. They are understanding and more the happy to help you find you again."
