"I drove in from out of town to have a psychological evaluation from Dr. Vo because I could not find anyone in my area who would answer my calls. Dr. Vo took the time to explain each test to me and spent the whole day with me. I was deeply touched that she was so kind and considerate of all my needs. Sent in information and called in to check the status a couple of times, understanding everyone is short staffed, but over a month later to be told they cannot help because they don't take my insurance. It took over 30 days to figure this out. Thanks for helping my mental health... 9/10/22 Please note I called the office directly and spoke to you. You asked me to text you my insurance and the next day asked for my ID. I texted images to you and then nothing. So please don't say it was a telemarketing thing. I called and spoke to you directly as a friend referred me to you. Just accept that your office dropped the ball. Find the error and correct it, don't blame the person that was doing what they were asked to do. Own your stuff."
