Nick is helpful in getting to the root of the trigger and then gives you tools and outlooks to refer to when it does sprout back up in another form so one has ability to be resilient when faced with anxiety and factors that contribute to it. What makes Nick extremely effective is that he is authentic. His vibe allowed me to cut through the layers I built surrounding the issues (translation: I somehow instead of mulling about the issue and trying to spin it, cut the BS and went straight to the narrative that was festering the anxiety). I bring this up because sometimes in therapy it can be hard to come forth and speak out loud the deep seated fear that anxiety thrives on. But Nick just makes it easy to allow yourself to share it out loud. I highly recommend Nick because he is real, and he helped me with my issues. I’ll always be grateful for this."
