"We had a 25 week preemie, who saw a high risk pediatrician until she was 3 years old. We were discharged because our daughter was, thankfully, no longer medically fragile. We then found a pediatrician whom we were with for 5 years. When she was at a point in her particular treatment that they could no longer provide her the care she needed, they unexpectedly dropped us. We were desperate to find another pediatrician due to prescription refills we needed immediately. When I called Springs Pediatrics to inform them of our issue, they automatically stepped up to the plate, and were able to see us the following day. We were blown away by the difference in care when compared to what we were use to. Not to mention, the medical advancements that were not being utilized by our previous pediatrician. Not only that, but when I mentioned that my daughter had developed some new allergies, and if they could refer me to someone that could help, I was informed that they had an allergist in-office that could perform a full allergy test that same day! We were also able to get the cocktail for the allergy shots she needed, in-office! Also, having tried for months to find a child psychiatrist that was accepting new patients or didn’t have a wait-list that was over a year long, I was told they had a psychiatrist that came to their office every Saturday. I was able to get an appointment with that psychiatrist the same week I called! When we have needed a sick appointment, we have alway been seen the same day or the following day. Our prescription that has to be sent to the pharmacy monthly is always done without my even needing to call. That’s not something I’m use to at all and it is such a refreshing change. Not only do we love the office and staff, Dr. Ogwara is so knowledgeable and very good with our daughter. She feels comfortable when she sees him, which isn’t something that comes easily for her. Overall, we’re so happy with Springs Pediatrics!"

"Dr. Ogwara is a wonderful pediatrician. He has seen our baby since she was 3 days old. He has exceptional bedside manners; truly compassionate and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a pediatrician in the area, give his practice a chance and you won’t be disappointed!!"

"Last time I took my baby he was sick. The doctor didn’t even check his ears nor throat for infection and just sent me home saying he is fine and not sick when he had a wet cough and runny nose. Front desk didn’t even remind me about his 18 month appointment and have the audacity to call me and leave a voicemail telling me that next time to call 24 hour in advanced to cancel and that next time I am going to be charged a fee. How was I supposed to call or know I had an upcoming appointment when they didn’t even do their job on their end to remind me about an upcoming appointment? That by the way was schedule months ago. A reminder on their end would’ve been appreciated but that was not done and have the audacity to be disrespectful about it."

"Spring pediatrics wow. Pediatrician Ogwara had great, friendly, knowledgeable care. He was great with my 14month old son. He provided a thorough exam and spent time making my son feel comfortable. The office accommodated me after being late to our original appointment. There was even a follow up call after being serviced to check on my son. Great great personable care. I will definitely return if my son ever turns ill again. Glad to have Spring Pediatrics in our neighborhood"
