"The Most Family Friendly company I have worked for. They are very understanding and accommodating. They allow me to bring my children when needed to the office with me including my newborn for 3 months. The hired me while pregnant ( which most company really don't do) and gave me maternity leave with only working for them for 3 months. They encourage you to pursue an education and an opportunity to grow with the company. Hands down the most down to earth bosses you could have."

"The therapist and my son work well together BUT, these people do not communicate well at all. I’ve called 3 times to speak with someone in the last two weeks. They do not return calls. This is the second time since we began using them that they have failed to return calls or answer questions. The therapist says she can’t talk to me—only to her boss and I must talk to her boss for updates. Then, they don’t call back unless it’s to discuss payments—and those people have zero information about progress. They can’t tell me how many more sessions are recommended. They can’t give me any verbal feedback at all. They call to say our insurance did not approve further sessions and then when I go to his school to pick him up they are their anyways. When asked the therapist says no one told her a thing about insurance but she still cannot discuss any details about a plan or anything else regarding my son’s sessions—I do get periodic email updates about what sounds to work with my son on—but even these are lacking. I would not recommend this company—they don’t care about personal relationships. They do not value communication with parents. They are not well organized and they do not follow through with their promises. At least that is what my experience had been. I was able to speak to the owner’s husband once when we first started the sessions (and after threatening to remove my son because no one would return my calls for nearly 10 days)but since that time have not been able to speak to anyone. If you value being informed and if you value active participation—this is the wrong place to consider. There are too many other options out there for an involved parent than to invest your time and your kid’s future to these guys. It will be a waste."
