"The physicians and NPs are wonderful but their front desk staff and people who handle phone calls, scheduling, billings, emails and all that stuff are HORRIBLE. It is like pulling teeth and nails to get any questions answered or to get things done properly. I won’t even waste time about how hard it was to even get an appt and the non stop phone calls between them, me and my doctors office for multiple weeks. Having to drive to multiple locations for testing because nobody seemed to know what location does what, or failed to tell me I needed a specific location, Oh and none of the email links they send you work or I would have reviewed this on a different platform. If I wasn’t already invested I would move to another clinic and tbh I still might. Definitely don’t reccomend this place unless your okay very disorganized front office staff."

"Was charged $300 for a not showing up to an appointment that I had a different date and time scheduled for. When I noticed the fraudulent charge they refused to reverse. The credit card company has since reversed the charge, I would not recommend anyone to do business with this organization. Poor management, there is a reason all other doctors are busy and these people have no clients."
