"My son loved it here when we lived in the area. Couldn't wait to go back to the gym or see the speech therapists."

"I contacted this office for Speech and Occupational Therapy for my 6 year old son. I spoke with the owner and explained that my child has two insurances, Texas children’s being secondary, I have experienced here lately a lot of companies are not willing to work with a patient if they are using Medicaid services. My first and main concern was running both insurances first before scheduling or wasting my time. I was told all authorizations were approved and he was ready for scheduling for his evaluations. Get to the office and the Hispanic lady at the front desk ask me for a co pay of 150.00. My son has had therapy since the age of six months and I have never been charged with having coverage from two different insurance plans. Long story I did not agree with the office staff unprofessional behavior. As a parent with a child with a disability it gets overwhelming and the last thing you need is to have to deal with discrimination of insurance, and rude incompetent admins in a office. I was denied services due to my behavior and did not receive a return call from the owner when asked. I will not suggest anyone to go here. My behavior is justified when people are not conducting their jobs. I did what any other parent would have done in the moment you are desperate to find your child therapy services."

"My son has been working with Julie for over 5 years now. Julie is professional in that she is very knowledgeable about her field with around +20 years experience. She's passionate about what she does and the service she and her employees provide. Most importantly she loves the children she works with and really cares deeply about how speech impacts their overall development."
