"Doctor Erica Bruce was fine, they issue I have is with their billing department. I used my wife's and mine health insurance for several sessions, but now they are coming at me after two years for claims that they did not file with insurance on time and they want me to pay in full. That is absurd: they did not file on time and now they are asking me for the money that the insurance was supposed to pay. At this point just say that you don't accept insurance and every customer has to pay out-of-pocket!!! Be aware."

"I asked this center if they accepted my insurance before I began utilizing their services. I was told no ma’am we accept your insurance. I proceeded to go to two sessions with this company and canceled after the second session because the sessions were not worthwhile. Almost a year later I received a bill stating I owed them money for the remainder of the bill since the insurance did not pay. I explained this should have been explained to me before I continued with you. I could have paid and canceled after the first session, but you continued to accept the co-pays as if the insurance was covering it. Do not go to this business unless you want to owe money almost a year later."
