"Therapists are great but worst experience ever with the billing department. They decided to stop my son’s services bc they had issues with our insurance and did not advise until 3 days before stopping my son’s services. The billing department lied saying they tried to contact us and tell us about the issue for months but when provided with calls logs from phone provider they had nothing to say. The billing manager was super rude to my wife saying the owners didn’t care about our situation and just wanted to get paid. Money hungry much? Considering how much they charge insurances per day per child I’d say they’re getting paid well and still can’t pay pay their therapists a good wage for the amount of work they do. They wanted our insurance to fix an issue with claim and we constantly called our insurance to try to give them what they needed and when they got what they had first asked for, they changed their mind and said they needed more. Stay away if you care about your child bc this place obviously doesn’t."

"Im going to start off by saying, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, NOR STRESS with this location for ABA services. My son was doing great with his therapists, it took us months for him to adjust for his services to be CUT OFF completely. Per billing manager they falsely claimed they had called me for months saying they were having issues with my insurance. I sent them my carrier call logs which show no calls from them. I told her I wanted a copy of phone notes or even call logs from the company about the calls that were made to me, to this day they can't provide that of-course since they never called. She got upset when I expressed my frustration about the situation of no calls from billing, She explained that she only gets involved when account gets at a certain amount of money not paid, I'm not sure what type of manager that is but not a great one as she's a whole ABA FACILITY manager as she claims. The company was great on calling me 4X a day every Friday to collect co pays, so it does not make sense how they never communicated the issue with insurance with me. Parents of kids with Autism know how important set routine schedule is for them, yet they did not care to cut off my toddler like trash. Billing manager said she is the Manager of ABA and her boss is the owner. Per both of them they are aware they had issues with insurance for months yet no one called but found it okay to cut off services from an Autistic toddler.They said they did not want to involve parents with insurance issues but thought it was okay to let me aware of the problem on a Wednesday as well as a too bad he can't come back, per Billing Manager words " I'm sorry your insurance sucks and they don't want to pay ". That attitude changed real quick when I gave her the check details from the insurance. Owners only cares about the thousands they make per week from insurance for 1 child, if it was really at the Childs best needs they would have advocated 5 months prior by email or text to avoid from this to happen. They DO NOT care . Owners DO NOT care at all, if they did they would taken responsibility as a company and own up to the mistakes and not cut an Autistic toddler with his therapy needs. Im all for facility to get paid as their duty for services performed but I'm not okay with what they did to my toddler. Now they leave me and my family missing work, looking for child care, looking for new ABA therapy, getting him adjusted to new people/therapist. I have called my insurance and they are doing their part finally, but if the company would have called me I could have helped get this resolved months prior. END OF STORY- Parents with Autistic kids y'all already have the stress of looking for the best place for childs needs, therapy, care, trust on someone/facility. so AVOID this place unless you want to deal with STRESS or facility/owners who DONT care."

"My daughter is at Reliant for more than a year. Made a lot of progress. Her BCBA is Anna. She is great! She makes personalized goals for my daughter and is workable. The rbt Shaelie is good too. The facility is quite new, environment is good. They also have OT ST in the same building. Really convenient with multiple services."

"Omg! Where do I begin. My family and I love sending our son to Reliant. The staffs are amazing. Mr. Rami is the best he needs to be made a Team Lead he's an amazing therapist, Ms Greyson is the best BCBA she needs to be promoted. Mrs Destini is so wonderful she's just officially become our son's new BCBA she's very knowledgeable. The ladies in the front are just delightful we love Ms. Tiffany. I am always excited when I call and she picks up. You will not regret sending your kid/kids here, we have been sending our son since 2019."
