"I have no words to describe how grateful I am with ABA therapy of Houston for the great work they have done with my son. My non-verbal son started in this place when he was 2 years old and in the 8 months that he was here his progress has been a lot. He has improved his behavior 100% and has even learned to say several words and imitate him. He is more focused, he responds to his name and even knows the alphabet and numbers. I have no words to thank each of the RBTs who helped my son throughout this time, especially Kasey and Jordan, always there for my son's well-being, always answering my calls, text messages and answering any questions and giving me advice. . . I am really very grateful to each of you and even to the girls at the front desk, thank you, always there to answer my questions. "I’m sorry but if you have a receptionist, she should definitely know everything about the company to answer all questions. I called to find out if you all helped kids with ADHD and she said yes, then she said “wait I’m distracted” I repeated myself, then she said she didn’t know, that she doesn’t work with clients she just works in the front but that I could call back later to find out” You all really need to teach Brianna how your company works, so that she can give out the correct information."
