"My experience started fine, but after a certain amount of appointments the receptionist said she needed to verify with my insurance to get more appointments. After almost a month I never heard anything so I call and she lies and says she actually called me then she says she actually didn’t call me. But she took so long to call me that my new appointments had expired and she had to call the insurance again. She never called me back and that was months ago. Now recently they are hounding me about a bill. The therapists are great but the staff is unprofessional and not timely."
"My experience at Star Therapy on Kingsland has been exceptional. they were able to see me the day I called after being released to start therapy on knee surgery. the other 3 places I phoned could not see me for two weeks. The therapists are great and experienced and the office personnel was totally helpful with my situation and everything has gone perfectly with them all. "I am one year post knee replacement surgery. Best decision I ever made was to do my physical therapy at Star, Katy, Texas. Dr. Andrew (yes, he has his doctorate in Physical therapy) is absolutely a skilled, experienced, gifted therapist. He encourages and motivates, listens, supports and educates throughout the therapy process. Dr. Ethan and Stewart are part of this amazing care team. Each and every one of them was dedicated and determined not only to get me walking again, but to return me to my prior level of workouts and activities. They did! My orthopedic surgeon was truly impressed with my progress - as was I. I owe my functional level of independence to them. My surgeon is gifted but the rehab after surgery is critical. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Grateful -"
