"*MUST HAVE CLEAN FOOD GRADE TRAILER* Loaded dry van at Lone Star Dairy today. Chris at check in was friendly and efficient. Loading took 1 hr 10 min. Received paperwork as soon as i went back to the check in door. They even have a fancy computer thingy to sign your paperwork. After loading and getting paperwork you pull up so that Chris or perhaps another worker can seal your trailer. You Must have a clean trailer and slide your tandems. Shipping and/or receiving hours are 0800-1630."
"To have access to the loading dock you need to call the shipping office, good people, the loading is a little slow but everything is fine! Your trailer needs to be clean!"
"Second time here to load tanker. The people are nice and they seem to get you loaded pretty fast and then make you wait a very long time to get your paperwork. These places expect you to deliver their load on time and then hold you back so long that it's almost, if not impossible to do."
