"Okay y'all I just stopped in Canyon Texas and ate at Chicken Express. I had the gizzards with a side of okra and a biscuit They were so good and cooked to perfection. The man who took my order was so nice and friendly and made you feel welcome. Very clean place. I can hear staff talking and laughing with each other. No frowning faces here. I highly recommend eating here."
