"The initial process was awesome, smooth sailing and a fast turnaround for appointments. Things took a shift after the first appointment. You can’t get in contact with anyone and I have left several voicemails since last week and have yet to receive a call. Haven’t spoken to my children’s therapist after the appointment (virtual). Never received the proper intro or hand off for my daughter’s new therapist nor a phone call from them. They did even call to speak about scheduling the next appointment. I have never experienced this before and will be driving to the office in person just to discontinue services since you can’t get anyone on the phone. This is not the place for us."
