"This review is for the front desk staff. I had called last week seeking help for my child. I was told that his case would be reviewed by the providers on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and I would receive a call back. I hadn't heard back until Friday so called back, simply to follow up. The front desk told me that I need to understand that the providers have a life and are on a summer schedule. Strange comment to a simple follow up. I wasn't informed of this last week. All of the four therapists were on summer break this week and hadn't reviewed my child's case - why wasn't I informed of this when I had called last week? I'm honestly confused! I asked if I could book the earliest available which I was told was end of August but was told that I can't be booked in until a therapist reviews my child's case. There was no transparency about availability, process, accurate timeline. I hope the providers read this."
