"I give this place not 1 star!!! If I could give them minus stars I would!!! The office manager whom refuses to give her name, until you pay her is so very unprofessional!! She stated her name was Rose, but I doubt that!!! When I asked to speak to her supervisor she refused to allow me or even have someone return my call, she just kept stating she was the office manager. I guess a title makes her feel important! She is a joke, I would NEVER have someone of that nature working for me, especially in an environment where you are supposed to provide humans for help! I am reporting this establishment to the medical board and my insurance company. I was not given my money back either as I was at work and she was too busy repeating she was the office manager! I filled out all required paperwork requested by her via email, told her to verify everything, then to contact me for payment.. She never contacted me, I contacted her. She took payment , then started asking me for all kinds of information at 5:15 the evening before the appt. As per the office policy, again stating she is the office manager. Ridiculous!!! I asked repeatedly to speak to her supervisor and she refused. Hopefully, her supervisor will see this and return my call or connect with me somehow. The Dr that I was scheduled to see was Louis Pasche. This establishment should not be able to be treating people in this manner, or I should say they should not hire people to handle their office or patients."
