"I keep forgetting to write a review. I live two hours away & bring my dogs with me to San Antonio. Let me tell you that this place is AMAZING. The STAFF is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I’ve been there twice. The first time was such a great experience. The manager & staff were super Friendly. This place has everything you need to wash your own dog. The second time we went we arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they could have told us no because I had two dogs and everything was already cleaned up but the manager allowed us to bathe them who h I was So Grateful because my dogs stunk really bad. They had picture day as well and they took pictures of them with a Christmas background. Will definitely go back there whenever I’m in town."
"I took my toy poodle for her first grooming experience and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone was super kind and helpful. They even offered me some tips to help with her tear staining. Lucy will definitely be back!"
"Absolutely wonderful experience! Amber took really good care of our sweet Yorkie, who normally gets bad anxiety at other groomers, but LOVES her and we’ll be coming to her in the future. Plus, he looks and smells fabulous."
"This place is amazing! Our dog Gucci was in desperate need for a groom and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. Amber did an Amazing job on Gucci and he looks and smells amazing for it being his first groom they were very attentive to his needs and sent me updates throughout to let me know how he was doing. Will definitely be returning here and are very happy with how he looks!! I added both before and after pictures."
"Honestly soo happy I found this place. Took my baby shitzu here for his 2nd haircut and was very impressed with my groomer Amber. I was a little nervous on how he would do because the previous place I took him to said he did not do well. (he’s a puppy and it was his first haircut) but she listened to all my needs and did exactly what I was hoping. I could tell it was in her best interest to keep my puppy Nobu comfortable and safe. Plus, she was still able to manage him well and able to have his hair looking and feeling great. Will definitely be bringing him back here for his next cuts!"
