"Horrible experience with this location with the therapist that my daughter was paired with. never in my life have i heard of a therapist recommending someone to tie a string around their neck as part of therapy. clearly better or more training needs to be provided. 2 visits and we left and found a better therapist. now their payment system won’t work so I am being hounded to pay the copay for this worthless service. AWFUL DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"It's great to have found a place that provides therapy in Richmond! The office is located in a new building right off WestPark Tollway and Katy-Gaston making it really convenient to get to. When you walk in, right away, you get a sense of welcoming and warmth. I've gotten to know the team at Ellie Richmond and know they are a great group of professionals that are empathetic, that they genuinely care about being in the Richmond community and are wanting to make a difference. They are all about providing great mental health care!"
