"The package I sent was opened by DHL and items were stolen from it, not just one item but 12! How do I know it was DHL? The package had “DHL REPACK” tape all over it. At first, they tried blaming the customs in Germany for confiscating the items! DHL customer service promised they would investigate it and look at the tapes from the Austin location. They also promised to update me daily! Four days later when I call them, they still have no information for me! Why? Because the Austin location has not replied to their MESSAGES! It's been 4 days!!! SOMEONE FROM THIS LOCATION STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS BUT DHL DOESN'T CARE! The best part was the customer service agent saying to me “We are not in the business of stealing people’s things” ??? I guess they are!"

"I just watched one of their drivers yelling and swerve around a residents car as they were passing by. The truck was easily going 40-50mph as he revved the engine and peeled out. Extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I would look for another service…"

"Avoid at all cost if you care about your packages. My package stayed in transit for a week. Online tracking does not give any clear idea. After calling, they said you should have received a request for info but I never had. Also, they said that they don't know when that message is sent/will be sent. I just ask the sender to resend the document via another courier."

"I've had issues with DHL deliveries in the past and my most recent experience was no different. However, when we came to retrieve it from this location Charisma was polite, helpful and seemed genuinely empathetic. She saved our Christmas so yall be nice to here. I reckon this is a hard and overwhelming job."

"I opted out of signature for my package to be delivered. They said I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver package. Now my package has been on hold for two days. I called customer service and they stated it was due to customs, which doesn’t make sense when they attempted to deliver my package. I just want my package but every time I contact customer service they can’t help me."
