"***update*** I had rated at 5 starts until i got my EOBs and found out Thriveworks had me seeing therapists that are not in network so that my insurance was not paying, even after I contacted Thriveworks twice before starting my initial sessions to make sure everything was approved! We will see how they handle this, and that will determine how I update this again or not. Plus, they owe me for a late fee that was charged due to me canceling once I found out about this, so that I would not rack up an even higher bill!! ***** This has been a wonderful experience! I have been doing zoom video sessions with a personal therapist (Anita Webster) as well as couple therapy (Tiffany Chen) and it has been wonderful to not have to drive over an hour for an appointment.
