"I highly recommend anyone to go try out LG counselling. My partner and I have both been going here since the summer. Vanessa is truly one of a kind and she provided me with remedies, articles to read, helpful exercises and encouraged me to journal. I have had so much progress and growth after a few sessions with Vanessa. The office space is very inviting and is a comfortable and safe place. I feel so lucky to have found this amazing place and I am looking forward to my individual sessions with Megan."

"I was really apprehensive when it came to trying therapy after I got off my medication. Despite that, my mother was able to convince me to try. And I thank her for it. I was able to be connected to Brianna. She has benefited me greatly throughout these past months. I tend to avoid new things because it's easier. But because I allowed myself to talk to someone, have I been really able to come to terms with my own issues.
