"Ms. Jamie is a great LPC that I enjoyed being guided by her through counseling. I have been receiving counseling off and on for the past 22 years on this journey of recovery. Jamie is enthusiastic, highly experienced, transparent and have patience. As far as my current experience through her counseling treatments, I felt respected, understood and guided. Jamie has a high skill of observation and in listening to my concerns and the dynamic history of unsolved issues and hidden traumas. To see the whole picture, Jamie looks deep into the past and present environment and real causes behind individual's symptoms. She tries her best to accurately understand individual's personality and character and how it has evolved and recovered overtime. Jamie doesn't attempt to jump into conclusions, nor does she ever attempt to misdiagnose or mislabel her trauma patients. Such as trauma patients who's suffering from years of chronic brain zaps, strokes, chronic insomnia, chronic anemia from years of heavy biweekly menstrual cycles and multiple injuries. Jamie doesn't misrepresent or misinform her patients, instead she provided resourceful ideas and educated me about strategies and behaviors. She respects her patient's choices, and often gave options that provides solutions to issues and sufferings. So far I don't feel pressured or manipulated into something that I feel uncomfortable, invasive or incorrect. Jamie is non-judgmental, non- biased, and I can see that there's a relatable understanding into the topics that I have mentioned through expressing life events in details. I am glad and thankful to have found a therapist that's a good match to my real current needs. Jamie is honest and she does an excellent job following up with me.
