"I booked a Ninja Bus last minute for my bachelorette party and it was the highlight of our weekend! Our driver, Tisha was amazing and dealt with us crazy gals with such kindness. The original place we wanted to go to ended up not being great so she took us to a better bar hopping spot. Mike was also great and kindly upgraded our bus to a bigger one making our experience even better. Overall, it was such a fun time and would highly recommend for a bachelor or bachelorette party in Austin!"

"Ninja Buses - Austin Party Bus Rentals in Austin, TX was an easy company to work with. We spoke several times as the wedding date approached. I received the final call a week before the wedding for the final payment and to review the destinations on the list. We rented from 4 PM to 2 AM and had a total of 7 stops (5 stops for wedding events and 2 shuttle buses home at different times). Sam was our driver and was FANTASTIC. Highly recommend Ninja Buses - Austin Party Bus Rentals!"

"Used their services for Wurstfest from Austin, what a horrible experience. I will never use them again. Advertised shuttle from Austin to NB in busses equipped with restrooms for $49pp, 'choose a pick-up time' for a guaranteed seat at that time. What a joke that was. It was all first come first serve. With hoards of people rushing the bus when it arrives without any direction or organization. So we finally get on a basic school bus, just for it to stop at Buccee's in San Marcos. "Everyone off and another bus will pick you up." We wait around and it's the same story. People rushing towards the sprinter van that holds 15 people trying to get a seat without any lines or organization in the Buc-ees parking lot. We ordered an Uber to take us the rest of the way because it was such a disaster. While waiting for the Uber, finally an all white city style bus showed and we jumped on that. Took every back road possible to Wurstfest. To arrive at Texas Tubes and the said it's a short 5-min walk to gate 1. In reality it was at least a 10 min walk. Never was it disclosed that we would have a transfer. They were likely scrapping to find any sort of transportation because they likely oversold. What the hell was the point of these connection transfers. Several people were upset because a commute that should have taken an hour, was 2 and a half hours. *UPDATE- we stopped twice on the way back home, once to change buses and once to allow ppl to use the restroom when we are 6mins away. Completely pointless! What a joke of a compan. They provided no communication. Don't use them! You will regret it. Shoulda just ordered a Fetii like we initially planned."

"I would leave zero stars if possible. This was advertised as transportation from Mean Eyed Cat in Austin to Wurstfest. They advertised a nice charter bus with bathrooms onboard and available for customers to use which neither of those were the case. We rode down to New Braunfels on a painted yellow school bus with poor air conditioning or ventilation unless we put the windows down causing heavy air to just blow everything around. On top of that, they did not say we had to stop at a transfer location. We stopped at Bucees and parked in the back of the parking lot. We were told to get off the bus and another shuttle would pick us up shortly. The shuttles were small 10-15 person vans. We rode down in a full size school bus. The head count didn’t add up so we all stood around in the parking lot waiting for a van whenever they showed up with no schedule and everyone trying to rush to the van when it did show up. We waited for over a hour. Half of our group ended up getting Uber while the other half got on a van finally. The van dropped us off at a sketchy, poorly lit backstreet then had to do a half mile plus walk to and from the entrance. This was supposed to be an hour commute from pick up location to drop off. It took a us almost 3 hours. I will never recommend this service to anyone."

"Mike and his team made planning our good friend's Bachelor Party weekend a great success. Our party stayed about 35 minutes outside of downtown Austin and without the help of Ninja Buses there was no way the weekend would have been as successful as it was. Ninja Buses helped build a perfect itinerary that included rides to and from the airport, Golf Courses, Lake Travis, Salt Lick and Downtown Austin. For our night out downtown, we left our driver (Mike) in full control of showing us the best of Austin and he did not let down! Mike brought us to all the great spots and had great local insight! Thanks again!"
