"A surprisingly bad delivery service. Tavour uses them sadly and I’ve not received my packages timely once but I now have a package that is a month late and they haven’t attempted to deliver or contact me. I called them and they said “we are short on drivers, if you want it you need to come and get it”. Advice: don’t pick the package up if you can’t deliver it. Seems logical. Vendors: I highly recommend not utilizing these folks for your deliveries as you will just alienate your end customer. I have cut ties with Tavour until they stop using these guys."
"Had a vendor ship a package VIA Hackbarth in mid October (Florida to Texas). The package still hasn't arrived and Hackbarth is unresponsive on the matter."
"I’ve had four deliveries through hackbarth. The First delivery was lost and the latest delivery (which I still haven’t received) was delayed over two weeks. I’ve had to call their main office to check on all of my deliveries to which they tell me it’s in the Austin location and they’ll have them contact me. I haven’t been contacted a single time from their office. They usually deliver the day after I call with no notice and leave my packages at my door without any notification. There was one time the driver tried delivering to my apartment office which was not accepting deliveries and he stated he wasn’t allowed to deliver to the door which is a gross lie considering the delivery has to be delivered to the door and signed for. Their delivery service is so bad I’m no longer ordering from any company that ships through them."
"I just moved to Austin. I use Tavour to have my beer delivered to me. Well not only was this month's delivery 3 days late (this is the first time a delivery has been late in the past year in California) but the driver decided to text me at 7:12 AM declaring that they were at my house. I replied at 7:28 saying okay what time. The next response was at 9AM saying they had already left. Now they won't deliver my beer today without charging me again. Absolute horrible customer service. I am out of town for the next ten days. I was supposed to bring this with me on this trip. If you have an option, do not use this service. You will probably regret it"
