"I had a pick-up redirected from Somerville TX to Fedex Freight in Round Rock. They let me know when my freight was ready for pick-up and the supervisor was supremely helpful with loading the large agricultural implement onto my trailer. He enlisted another forklift and driver to assist in preventing any damage to my trailer and had me on my way within 30 minutes of arrival. I was originally a bit disappointed that I had to drive an hour further to pick-up my freight but the experience was truly seamless and the help much appreciated."

"I find the office and dock staff here so very helpful and interested in getting my products delivered on time and with care, starting with the initial phone call letting me know freight has arrived and available for will call. Rarely, has anything ever been damaged or missing. However, my favorite overall experience is the friendly and attentive forklift drivers who load crates on my transport vehicle. These fella's are well trained and demonstrate the best manners; infact, some remember me personally which kind of blows my mind. Thank you FedX for your years of pride and in understanding what it takes to keep customers happy. This has been my experience."
