"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They broke the dresser I have from my dead mother, and they tried to low ball me instead of getting it fixed, and they put a hole in the wall of my brand new house. It’s been almost a year and they’ve done nothing! Again, in my opinion you would be better off renting a U-Haul truck and hiring someone you find under an underpass to help you. I left a voicemail for the manager, and got no response. If they do not respond to me by this coming Monday, I will be going to their office in person to resolve the issue."

"This is one of the worst moving companies I ever dealt with in my life. So they only had one Bedroom to move and it took them 4 hours to move one room. The first red flag was they didn’t show up with any tools and ask if I had a screwdriver and a wrench they could use to take a bed apart. Secondly it was 2 guys but only one was working. I should’ve canceled it but because my mother-in-law needed her bedroom setup because she had doctor’s coming out to her new place the next day, I let them continue. So when they finally get to her new apartment they couldn’t remember how to put the bed back together. I had to let them know they had some pieces upside down( ridiculous). So they finally get the ONE bedroom setup they tried to charge me over $500.00 dollars. Remind you they didn’t have any equipment to do their job. The only reason I went with them was because my brother-in-law referred them because he had 2 rooms moved (Bedroom & Living Room) and it only took them 2 hrs to move everything and put the furniture back together and his total was around $350.00. So I went with them thinking my total would be way less I was even told by one of the guys that answer the phone is shouldn’t cost that much or take that long. So this company states they are the best in town and that’s a complete lie they are the worst in town. Don’t use this company unless you want to supply them with tools to do their job and then be over charged."

"I have used Blue Whale 3 times now and I have been extremely pleased every time. Brian Moses and Moises Mejia moved my furniture on Saturday. They were professional, courteous, and were very careful with my antique furniture. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future!"

"I would leave Blue Whale a 0 star review if possible. We used them when the father was running the show and had a wonderful experience. Now that his son has taken over I would not be surprised to see this company go under. What a disappointing excuse for a human being. Run in the opposite direction if you are considering Blue Whale. They moved us from TX to NC and caused so much damage and refuse to take responsibility. They will not replace your damaged items. They do not understand how to pack household items. They destroyed a seven thousand dollar Restoration Hardware leather sofa with packing tape. They tore my wedding dress apart. They do not have any sort of customer service or integrity. I am grateful to be in a position to replace my damaged belongings. I know other families do not have this luxury and may be looking at using Blue Whale as a locally owned family business. They may be thinking that their belongings are safe with Blue Whale. They do NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS. They should do the right thing by their customers and I am afraid their poor business skills influence their poor decisions. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!"
